This is a research paper. This means that it has to include scholarly references, preferably journal articles or books. Familiarize yourself with ways to track down sources. I recommend: (i) Google Scholar; (ii) EconLit. You may draw on high-quality sources from other disciplines, not just economics. For your information, the leading Law and Economics’ journals are the Journal of Law and Economics, the Journal of Legal Studies (the one published out of the University of Chicago, not out of Europe), the Journal of Law, Economics, and Organization, the American Law and Economics Review, the European Journal of Law and Economics, the International Journal of Law and Economics and Journal of Empirical Legal Studies. As far as possible, limit your internet sources to those produced by academics, government agencies, major corporations and NGOs, and respected think-tanks
